Wizzies are so bad to level up at start, because int is what makes you exp fast..
having more damage means less bolts you need to throw, means much less cast then int/dex leveling types, if you can reset, pump 99 int then 99 dex.
If you can't, set desired ammount of int, rest dex, then vit(explained below).

Weapon:Staff of Destruction(PVM/LEVELING), Dex type of Survivor's Rod w/ Drops card
Shield: with, surv. rod, wear valk shield w/ thara frog card
as mid gear people usually wear alarm mask for 2def and 50 % blind resistence(kinda bonus tho)
