Update

Hi guys.. started an Assassin in Lumina RO. Lvl 48. went to byalan dungeon til 48. Can't wait to be able to go rachel dungeon :).

Moscovia is a great place to level up til 70 if you persist on it! I bought a fire weapon so i'm cool =)
